You should take note that most often the admin of the network will have probably blocked you from downloading the torrent file (that small torrent file usually below 200kb that initiates the torrent download of interest). you will thus not be able to have a torrent file unless you use an alternative unrestricted internet connection to download the file. In this case, you will have to depend on a magnetic link to be able to use the method am about to describe below. Go to your preferred website that hold torrent file collection. Find the file of interest within the website.
